What should I wear?
Wear loose fitting comfortable clothing just like what you would on a casual hike or when working out at the gym. Any tennis shoe or lightweight hiker is ideal for footwear.
Do I have to be in good physical shape already to participate?
The beautiful thing about disc golf is that you don’t have to be ready to run a marathon or lift heavy weights to play. It is, however, a good idea to stretch prior as you would for any sport to mitigate any muscle strain you may incur while playing. Travis here: I have been competing at a high level for over 25 years and have never suffered any major injuries while competing other than an ankle sprain which could happen walking to the mailbox.
How much walking can I expect?
Most disc golf courses are approximately 7 miles or less
What will I learn?
The key elements of disc golf: putting, driving and the mental game, strategy of golf. Plus, team building skills & a greater appreciation for the outdoors.
What age is disc golf suitable for?
It’s a healthy activity for people from the ages of 8-80!
How do I know if I’m throwing the disc correctly?
We will teach you the correct form and give you all the pro tips. Plus, we have a snazzy radar gun to track your speed too.

Lunch is available for an additional charge; beverages will be provided
